Course is gone

I recently joined AirAsia,
and recieved the notification that I have a course to listen, but in the academy dashboard, I can't find anything.

I changed the account email
from: chaiyoungkimkim@airasia.com
to: vickykim@airasia.com,

I think this caused the issue why the course is not showing on my dashboard.

Could you help me with this issue?
and if you can, I hope to change the email to vickykim@airasia.com. Currently, in AirAisa academy site, I can see my previous email here.

Hello there could you please try logging in with this email address: vickykim@airasia.com,

You can check by clicking the RamBot Icon in the top right hand corner after logging in whether you are using the right account

Click on View Courses and you should have the access to the course, pick any one option listed and complete it.
